Before contacting us with a maintenance request, however, please take some basic steps to identify the cause and potentially correct the problem yourself.
For example, if you have blocked sinks or drains, try using a commonly available drain cleaner. If your issue is with your water, electricity, or gas supply, before contacting us please contact your supplier to check if the fault is with them. If your issue is electrical, you can also check the fuses in your home to see if one of them has tripped – this may indicate a faulty appliance.
